My sessions with Matt really helped me to clearly define my goals and achieve things I previously thought were beyond my reach, including having my music played on BBC radio and winning new freelance clients.
Before I started working with Matt, I knew what I wanted to do, but I didn’t really know how to get there. I wasn’t measuring my performance at all and I rarely wrote down my goals or aims, they mainly stayed in my head. I look forward to our meetings, as I know at the end, a problem will be resolved, as conflict dissolved or a plan of action made.
Matt has a rigorous, clear-thinking and friendly approach and really got his head into the mechanics of our business - which was just what we needed.
